I am a highly experienced ESL educator with strong leadership, training, and cross-cultural teaching expertise, backed by certifications, international experience, and consistent recognition for outstanding performance. My teaching styles include the following: I focus on survival English: greetings, introductions, numbers, days, and simple questions. I make use of visual aids (pictures, flashcards, realia) to connect words with meaning. I incorporate games, songs, and role-plays to make learning fun. I also encourage pair and group work to build confidence and practice communication. I highly respect cultural differences in communication styles.
