Newly registered students will receive two free trial lessons (25 minutes each) valid for 30 days. First, register as a student, then contact our online customer service. After confirming the student details, we will send the trial lessons to the student’s account, and you can book a teacher for the lesson.

Each online English class is 25 minutes. There is no limit on how many classes you can book at once, as long as the teacher is available.

You can book a class up to two hours before the scheduled start time. For example, if you want to book a class at 1 PM, you need to complete the booking before 11 AM on the same day.

You can cancel a class up to two hours before the scheduled start time. Canceled classes will be credited back to your account. However, if you cancel within two hours of the class, you will not receive a refund for that session.

You can purchase sessions in various plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) and pay by credit card. After successful payment, the purchased sessions will be displayed in your student dashboard.

Yes, you can purchase more sessions even if you have some left. The validity of the remaining sessions will be extended and merged with the validity of the newly purchased sessions. If the original sessions have expired, they will be canceled, so it is recommended to purchase new sessions before the old ones expire.

After logging in, search for a teacher and select a time slot based on the teacher’s availability. Once the booking is complete, you can check the status in your student dashboard under 'My Classes'. When the class time comes, simply log in and start the lesson. You can also favorite teachers by clicking the heart icon, and next time you can quickly find them in your favorites.

Make sure your device has a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera if required by the teacher. It's also good to review the lesson materials beforehand.

Students are entitled to free trial lessons, flexible scheduling, and the ability to cancel or reschedule classes within a specified time frame. Students also get access to various learning materials and progress tracking features.

In the event that a teacher is unable to attend, we will notify you as soon as possible and either reschedule the class or arrange for another teacher to take the session.

Yes, teachers can help correct your writing during the class if time permits. We also offer additional writing correction services that can be booked separately.
