Hi! My name Juvelyn or you can just call me 'Juvy', and I’m a licensed and experienced teacher with over two years of teaching students from Korea, Japan, and other parts of the world. I truly love what I do—helping people learn English and watching their progress is one of the most rewarding feelings for me. If you’re looking for a tutor who’s passionate, friendly, and genuinely cares about your growth—that’s me!

In my class, we focus on building your confidence, especially when it comes to speaking. I believe that making mistakes is part of the learning process, so I create a supportive and relaxed environment where you can express yourself freely and improve naturally. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to polish your skills, I’ll be right there to guide you every step of the way.

I especially enjoy teaching kids and making lessons fun, interactive, and something to look forward to. Learning should never be boring—and with me, it won’t be! I taught English to non native speakers ranging from pre-school to adults learners.

Outside of teaching, I’m a huge fan of Japanese animated movies—My Neighbor Totoro is my favorite! I also love to travel and connect with people through meaningful conversations. Language is a beautiful way to understand different cultures, and I’m excited to help you on your journey.
