Hi, there! My name is LINA, and I am from Cebu City, Philippines.  I completed a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management at the University of Cebu. I had been working as a government employee for 13 years at the Cebu Provincial Government, Province of Cebu,  as Budget Officer I, until I availed of my Early Retirement in 2005. Because of my passion for teaching, I shifted my career to a private tutor, offering one-on-one tutorials with kindergarten kids, elementary pupils, and junior high school students for almost four (4) years. In 2019, I worked as an Online ESL Tutor for 2 famous and gigantic ESL Schools in Japan for 4 years, where I met diverse students from  Japan, Taiwan, and China, both young and adults. I am patient, passionate, kind, friendly, enthusiastic, highly motivated, sensible, and flexible. I want to help beginner and intermediate Taiwanese students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and comprehension skills. As an Orator and the Best Speaker Awardee, I  love public speaking, mentoring, researching, listening to music, and browsing the internet.  Teaching English to foreign students gives me joy and fulfillment, because I want to share with them the best in me that can make a difference in their lives.
