自我介紹
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with experience working with children ages 4–14 in both online and offline learning environments. My teaching journey has given me valuable opportunities to connect with students, understand their individual needs, and help them develop their communication and essential skills. I am passionate about creating positive learning experiences where students feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to learn. I enjoy building meaningful connections with my students, helping them understand their lessons, and seeing their progress over time. My teaching approach is patient, flexible, and student-centered. I use simple materials, visual aids, and interactive activities to make lessons easier to understand, engaging, and enjoyable. I also adjust my teaching style according to each student's learning level, personality, and needs. As an educator, I believe that learning becomes more effective when students feel confident and comfortable. I continuously strive to improve my teaching skills and create a friendly environment where students are encouraged to participate, communicate, and grow.
